Residential and Commercial Construction Law – Covering the full life cycle of building projects from earnest money, site acquisition, phasing and change orders, to contracts and payment disputes and boundary restrictions; lien and bond claims. In construction cases, time is often of the essence, given the pressure to get projects completed on time. Everyone loses if a dispute takes months to resolve.

Insurance Law – Endorsement counsel for insurance agents, so they can clearly follow their obligation under a given policy; claims and coverage disputes; plaintiff and defense facilitation of insureds under the terms of various insurance policies (commercial general liability, errors and omissions, homeowners, etc.)
